Think you might want to live at Wake Robin someday? Become a Depositor.

You can become a Depositor by submitting a $4,000 fully refundable deposit, plus a non-refundable administrative/application fee. We’ll also ask you to complete a financial eligibility screening. As a Depositor, we’ll keep you informed of Community events—and invite you to join us and get a feel for Wake Robin. All admissions begin at the Depositor level.

Step up to the Ready List.

When you are willing to receive an offer for a home at Wake Robin, we will place you on the “Ready List” by your request or our invitation. You will be placed on the list according to the date you indicated your final floorplan preferences. We’ll contact you when you are next on the list for an available opening.
