Wake Robin is a Life Plan Community (also known as a CCRC–Continuing Care Retirement Community). This means that, when you move to Wake Robin, your health needs can be met right here in our Linden Health Center.
Whether you need licensed residential, skilled nursing, or memory care, our philosophy of care is focused on you. We approach each person with the goal of maintaining the best possible quality of life – as defined by the resident. Our goal is to join with you and your family to honor your decisions and address your physical, social, and emotional needs.
Since the Linden Health Center is right in the community, residents have the luxury of remaining “at home” if nursing support is needed. Spouses, partners, relatives and friends in the Wake Robin community are only a few steps away—and Linden residents continue to participate in Wake Robin community life.
Spruce & Balsam – Licensed residential care, where residents live independently and can receive support with one or two tasks of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, taking medications, or preparation of special diets.
Cedar – Our 5-star, skilled nursing neighborhood is available to residents who need on-going assistance and for those who need nursing support for a limited time – perhaps while recovering from a medical procedure or while receiving rehabilitative services.
Juniper – Expert, compassionate memory care, helping each resident to function as independently and joyfully as they are able.
Our five-star Cedar neighborhood is a Medicare-certified skilled nursing facility.
